We value input in the form of suggestions or comments on your experiences during your stay in Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute. Please fill in the Patient feedback form /Questionnaire provided to you at the time of the discharge to help us improve our services. Please hand over the filled feedback form to the ward secretary or the nurse on duty.

Also you can drop your Suggestions/Comments in the boxes placed in each wing of the OPD area or make use of the Suggestion Register available with the main reception.
