  Dr Faiq Ahmed has won the gold medal & Young Scientist award
  It gives us great pleasure to inform that our pathology colleague Dr Faiq Ahmed has won the gold medal & Young Scientist award at the State Conference of Indian Association of Pathologists & Microbiologists -AP Chapter held at Nellore last week for his paper titled "Impact of WHO Classification of B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on prognosis .Application of Flow Cytometry ,FISH and karyotyping in 106 cases". The work was done in association with Dr.Sandhya Devi, Dr. Manjula, Dr.Senthil Rajappa, Dr.Krishna Mohan and Dr.Sudha Murthy. The extensive work being done at our institute has been very much appreciated by all the delegates across the state. Basavatarakam congratulates all the co authors and encourages one and all to excel & bring laurels to the institute.
